【Technical Difficult】：
The original design does not take full consideration of the EMC requirement, resulting in failure in passing the EMC test, and the market pressure leads to board rectification necessity. It is an urgent task with tight time limit, and we are not allowed to conduct correction and adjustment in the whole office. The signal on the board can reach a maximum rate of 3.125G, and multiple optical interfaces are provided.
【Countermeasure】：
After checking the schematic diagram and making PCB design, on-site work, we completed the task ahead of scheduel.
【Result】：
In February 2006, the customer informed us that our design had successfully passed the test by Shanghai Moore Laboratory.

This product is quite sophisticated, without a variety of board power supplies and crystal oscillators. The main board has over 10,000 pins, with a variety of input/output interfaces. There are over 20 ports - AUDIO, VIDEO, VGA, S terminal, E1, 232, 422, 485,Ethernet, and so on.

Model selection of components;principle design;simulation analysis; excellent PCB design; proper frame and optimized cables.

In May 2005, the product successfully passed the EN55022 CLASS B test organized by China TTL lab, an authoritative EMC institution in China.

This product is quite sophisticated, and the non-shielding scheme has passed CLASS B, while the cost is strictly controlled. Its hardware was developed for the first time without a prototype device for reference.

It is a consumer product, with high delivery quantity. It is required that its plastic case should pass CLASS B. The plastic cover should not be sprayed with conductive paint and furthermore should not be configured with a shielding mask (including partial shielding). The cost is strictly controlled.

In August 2004, the device successfully passed the RE EN55022 CLASS B test at the professional EMC laboratory of Shenzhen Huatongwei International Inspection Co., Ltd.
